Not what I had planned for my night. Our server Chelsea said this poor pup had been there all evening, exhausted but hardly eating or drinking. <p>He was in pretty bad shape and has clearly been on his own for a while. We cared for him that night and the next day took him to the vet for a check up and to see what to do next. We had him treated for fleas / ticks, gave him an appetite stimulant, and put him on antibiotics for a cough and respiratory infection. This is turning into an expensive trip to the bar! But how could we say no when we found out he is under 12 months old!</p><p><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-F9ib85R3Nos/Tb5MVX8k7oI/AAAAAAAAATA/BRLj9IOmQHA/s1600/2"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 470px; height: 470px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-F9ib85R3Nos/Tb5MVX8k7oI/AAAAAAAAATA/BRLj9IOmQHA/s400/2" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5601998916584533634" border="0" /></a><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fIcrDPz3jxo/Tb5MVMq2-yI/AAAAAAAAAS4/153Ry32glUg/s1600/1"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 470px; height: 470px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fIcrDPz3jxo/Tb5MVMq2-yI/AAAAAAAAAS4/153Ry32glUg/s400/1" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5601998913557429026" border="0" /></a></p>Adam Mannhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11614342684567501893noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4184433261295096144.post-74326211759877853852010-08-26T10:31:00.004-07:002010-08-26T15:28:39.483-07:00Ugmonk 2nd Anniversary Collector's Set<a href="http://shop.ugmonk.com/">Ugmonk</a> is quickly shaping up to be one of my top favorite indie clothing lines . It's definitely not done, but at least it's up and running. I want to add a lot more content, and there's several other things I want to do, just haven't figured out how to program them (this is my first site and really don't know what I'm doing!). The concept utilizes the given floor space optimally by doing away with the walls and incorporating partitions instead. Imagine a huge plus sign<strong></strong> on the floorplan where each wing is a specific room. What you design or expect from the modular room is up to you. For instance the four wings could each be a living room, a bedroom, a study and a dining room.<br /></div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.yankodesign.com/images/design_news/2009/03/22/4sides4home_2.jpg"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 235px;" src="http://www.yankodesign.com/images/design_news/2009/03/22/4sides4home_2.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.yankodesign.com/images/design_news/2009/03/22/4sides4home_3.jpg"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 219px;" src="http://www.yankodesign.com/images/design_news/2009/03/22/4sides4home_3.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.yankodesign.com/images/design_news/2009/03/22/4sides4home_1.jpg"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 226px;" src="http://www.yankodesign.com/images/design_news/2009/03/22/4sides4home_1.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://www.yankodesign.com/images/design_news/2009/03/22/4sides4home_4.jpg"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 221px;" src="http://www.yankodesign.com/images/design_news/2009/03/22/4sides4home_4.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a>Adam Mannhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11614342684567501893noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4184433261295096144.post-73908054947834850852009-05-28T12:07:00.005-07:002009-05-28T12:12:12.125-07:00Calendar Made of Matches<div style="text-align: justify;">A <a href="http://www.woohome.com/home-gadgets/calendar-made-of-matches-burn">calendar</a> made out of a book of matches. Only issue I see is that many of the more creative ones are best suited for designers, which are most likely to design their own business cards in their own style. Still there are a few that I thought were pretty sweet.<br /></div><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://s3.envato.com/files/109894.jpg"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 271px;" src="http://s3.envato.com/files/109894.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://s3.envato.com/files/107184.jpg"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 309px;" src="http://s3.envato.com/files/107184.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://s3.envato.com/files/88282.jpg"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 531px;" src="http://s3.envato.com/files/88282.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a>Adam Mannhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11614342684567501893noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4184433261295096144.post-62237599513834288372009-05-19T10:29:00.004-07:002009-05-19T10:40:11.846-07:00Great Photo Manipulations<div style="text-align: justify;">Here are a few great photo manipulations I stole from <a href="http://joshuaschaible.com/">Joshua Schaible's</a> blog. Very nice guy, actually helping me with some web design. You should definitely go to his blog and watch two really neat inspirational videos posted May 11th. Anyways Joshua originally found these three images from <a href="http://dzineblog.com/2009/05/design-inspiration-36-fantastic-photo-manipulation-designs.html">dzineblog,</a> which has 33 additional amazing photo manipulations which you should also check out, they're insane. I have several friends that have moved out that way since college and I try to get out there once a year to visit. Just a heads up that chances are I will not update for a couple weeks until the 26th when I return!<br /></div>Adam Mannhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11614342684567501893noreply@blogger.com1
